Goods are usually dispatched within 1 *”working day” of receiving cleared payment.
We use Royal Mail for standard deliveries.
We also have accounts with DHL & UPS couriers which we use for larger orders.
You will receive a dispatch note once your item is sent so you know your goods are on the way to you.
All items in our online shop can be picked up if required by prior arrangement.

Returns

We adhere to the ‘Distance Selling regulations’, which are as follows.
If an item is received damaged please contact us by email within 5 working days and advise us of the damage. We may ask you to either return the item for a replacement in which case you will be refunded for the return postage cost, or ask you to provide a photograph of the damage via email. Once we have inspected the item a replacement will be sent to you at no cost to yourself. If you change your mind, or the product is not suitable then you can return the item for a refund, however you will be responsible for the costs involved in returning the item to us in good/unused condition.
A restocking/admin fee of 10% applies to goods returned this way.
